My friends in other rooms also said theirs were dirty- including one with leftover food in the fridge and other areas that weren’t clean eg bathtub. I eventually managed to get the room changed. When I complained, was simply told it’s “not a problem” and that house keeping would come vacuum the room. My room was so dirty - including un vacuumed food from the previous occupant, a discarded dental harp on the floor, sticky surfaces and questionable stains. You have to check in via a machine so there are perhaps 2 staff trying to manage 150 people at a time, I feel terrible for them. Can’t believe how much this place has gone downhill.
